Dare To Wear White

Not sure if you can tell but I am obsessed with white trousers ATM; as seen in my previous post with my fave flared pair! I just think they look so elegant and classy, perfect for a summer occasion. This post is dedicated to my must have zara trousers, I have worn these for nights out but also for a bridal shower and to work when it was too hot to wear black jeans.

Casual chic vibes channel through these trousers which is exactly why they are a staple item YOU need in your wardrobe; throw them on with a t shirt  and sandals for day time fun or swap the sandals for a wedge or stiletto for a night time alternative.

I teamed mine with a simple long sleeved blue shirt with a cut out back and lace up heeled sandals for my sisters bridal shower + I added in a pair of silver hoops for some extra sass. I loved this look.

For a BBQ + night out on a sunny Saturday night, I then teamed the trousers with this ultra cute PLT gingham, off the shoulder top. Bang on trend and the perfect accompliance to these staple pants.

What to wear when your a graduation guest...

A few days ago it was my boyfriends graduation, as always I wasn't sure if the weather was going to pull though and the sun would be shining or if it would be chucking it down like usual!! So i decided to cover all bases and go for a pair of flared white trousers, these are so versatile and can be dressed up but also have causal chic vibes. I teamed my white flares with a nude bodysuit, nude D- ring belt, beige suede jacket and my new obsession; statement earrings!! As it's graduation season and your not sure what to wear because of the weather then I would defiantly recommend flared trousers, they are classy and smart so the perfect garment for when you are a graduation guest. The hunt is now on for my graduation outfit... even though it isn't until next year! You can never start looking too early, can you?!

These trousers are coming everywhere with me, they are already packed for my holiday and I can't wait to dress them up for my next night out over summer.

Most of my outfit was from my fave place PLT; wide leg trousers, nude bodysuit and D-ring belt. My Suede jacket was New Look and my statement earrings were from H & M - I got them in rose gold but they also sell them in gold, red and black, I want them in every colour!!

Also look out for my next post all about another pair of staple white trousers which have stolen my heart!

Mothers Day Brunch

I just wanted to share my outfit from today! We went out for brunch for mothers day, as the sun was shining I wanted to make my outfit slightly summery but with a cool vibe.

I wore my lace white collar top from boohoo, I absolutely love this top it looks amazing worn casual with jeans and a jacket but it also looks fab on a night out or on holiday; with a bralet underneath and a pair of ripped denim shorts. I LOVE tops like this that are so versatile.

I styled this top with my frayed hem Topshop jeans, new look denim jacket and public desire shoes (+ of course my new mulberry bag).

P.s happy mothers day to my amazing mumma!!

My Trip to Morrocco

I recently visited Morocco for a birthday trip away with my better half. I loved all the colours and all the textures throughout the markets, they were amazing. It was an amazing experience and I loved exploring Morocco and tasting different foods and walking along the dreamy sandy beach. We stayed in a boutique hotel right in the heart of Essaouira, on our doorstep we were greeted by amazing markets bursting with colours and antiques.

I loved accessorizing my outfits in morocco. I wore my fave white midi sun dress from Topshop but I accessorized it with a beige Louis Vuitton shawl and flip flops for that laid back beachy look. Midi dresses were my saviours this holiday, they are comfy and cool and also allowed me to throw on a shawl or my trusty zara denim jacket (which got a lot of compliments).

On my birthday we spent the day relaxing on the rooftop of the hotel, we lay on sunbeds all day with having the occasional dip in the hot tub. It was amazing to look out over the top of the hotel and to see all the designs of other raids/hotels in the area. For my birthday I wore my fave black boohoo swimming costume!!

I loved my little trip away to Morocco, it was lovely to get away and enjoy a few days in an amazing country with some sun shining!

My visit to Sundays beauty salon in Prestwich

This morning I was lucky enough to visit the lovely Sundays beauty salon in Prestwich Manchester. I was booked in for an eyebrow wax and gel manicure, I had a great morning getting pampered by the lovely girls who work there, I even got my morning cup of tea made for me!

I always feel like a new woman after I've had my eyebrows done and the beautician did an amazing job so they are now totally defined with a nice shape and arch! The salon doesn't only offer eyebrow waxing they also offer HD Brows and Brow Perfect- the professional eyebrow extensions.

I also had a gel manicure at the salon, I picked a nice grey colour, I am usually so indecisive about the colour of my nails especially when there's so much choice but I am loving grey at the minute! The nail technician also added some glitter onto one of my nails but we loved it so much that she did it on all my nails for me. You can never have too much glitter in your life!

I had a lovely relaxing morning with the Sundays team, I would deffiently reccomend getting your treatments done there girls!

I have put a link to the website below. Hope you've enjoyed this post, Grace xxx

WOW the Met Gala never fails to deliver the best fashion from all our favourite fashion icons and celebs!! I loved the futuristic theme with the attendees channeling the theme through their outfits. Balmain rocked the red carpet once again!! Here are a few of my favourite looks...

Power couples at the event had to be Kim and Kayne and Gigi and Zayn!

Visual Merchandising at John Lewis

I have had a brilliant morning this morning learning all about visual merchandising with John Lewis in the Liverpool One store. We had an early start as we had to be there before the store opened but I now have a great insight into Visual Merchandising and how all the big brand stores use a specific tool kit to dress the store. We had a brief introduction into John Lewis and how the team dress the store, we then had the chance to go around the shop floor and find examples of how they have implemented Visual Merchandising throughout the store.

This example was my favourite as it shows off the shoes so well!! The raised platforms draw in the customers as it catches their eyes.

I also love the colours they have used here with the handbags creating a pop of colour to entice the customer. They have also placed the bags because of their sizes which again is a trick to catch the customers attention.

Here are a few other pictures I took along the way!! Loved this experience!
