Visual Merchandising at John Lewis

I have had a brilliant morning this morning learning all about visual merchandising with John Lewis in the Liverpool One store. We had an early start as we had to be there before the store opened but I now have a great insight into Visual Merchandising and how all the big brand stores use a specific tool kit to dress the store. We had a brief introduction into John Lewis and how the team dress the store, we then had the chance to go around the shop floor and find examples of how they have implemented Visual Merchandising throughout the store.

This example was my favourite as it shows off the shoes so well!! The raised platforms draw in the customers as it catches their eyes.

I also love the colours they have used here with the handbags creating a pop of colour to entice the customer. They have also placed the bags because of their sizes which again is a trick to catch the customers attention.

Here are a few other pictures I took along the way!! Loved this experience!
